Complaints

The Nursery and Out of School Club take any complaint seriously. Please bring any complaint you have to us directly and we will do our utmost to investigate it fully and give you appropriate feedback. Should you not be satisfied that we have dealt with your complaint fully and appropriately then you need to know what to do next. Below is a poster that gives you both an email address and phone number for Ofsted.

All parents are asked to read a copy of the policy booklet that is given to them when their child first starts at the nursery.  You will be asked to sign where appropriate all policies relevant to your child's care whilst at the nursery.  Should you wish to see any of these policies before your child attends the nursery please ask a member of staff for a copy.
