I have worked at Smisby since 2018 and started off working within the Baby Room which I thoroughly enjoyed. Being promoted to Deputy Nursery Manager I work alongside Laura, Heather and Sonia, and love the challenge that this job brings.
I have just completed my BA Honours Degree in Education Studies through Derby University, which was very challenging, however, it has provided me with a lot of knowledge and skills that I will use every day!
I love working with the children and especially like messy play and creative activities such as painting and drawing - I always encourage the children to express themselves through getting messy and different creative activities.
Outside of work I like to spend time with my family, friends and boyfriend. I love doing beauty treatments for my family and friends as I am also a qualified beautician.
I love to read books, explore new places on holiday, watch films and paint my nails!
